Senior Impact Parade 2024

The High School Cafeteria is serving Wild Cat Taco Bowls today. The bowl has fajita chicken, home made pico de gallo, home made corn salsa, black beans. They can have it over rice, or with tortillas if they like. Additional sides are shredded cheese, jalapenos, sour cream, black olives, fruit, milk and veggie bowls. We usually test things at the high school first and then add it to the other schools. First time we tried this recipe, a lot of students said there wasn't enough chicken, so we have increase the amount of chicken. We will be serving this at junior high in the Fall too.
